Suggested Book or Docs - "Using CE in a Java Application"

I'm writing a bunch of reports for a web application that a client company is developing.

The client's Java developers are going to use CE 9 Standard as the report engine for the application.

Can anyone suggest Books, Docs, on-line tutorials, etc... that might be of use to them in understanding how to intergrate CE 9 Standard into a Java application?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions...
 
I'm not sure that CE 9 Standard is going to do the job if you're concerned with scalability and security, but here's some interesting reference material:

There are monthly hotfixes for the Java SDK too, so make sure that they install those.
