Every morning I see that my system indicates "upload required" for LCR. I'm thinking that something may be getting hung up in my daily backup routine. Can anyone suggest an improvement that may fix this?

Code:
Schedule

Type Unit Status Frequency Time Archive S V O I
  Logical ALL Enabled Daily 04:00 Hard Disk Y N N N
  Data ALL Enabled Daily 00:01 Hard Disk Y N N N

S - Synchronize data before backup (Yes/No)
V - Verify data after write (Yes/No)
O - One File Backup (Yes/No)
I - Include installation partition (Yes/No)

From what I'm seeing, backups are not failing.

Code:
HBR Status: Idle

Upload required does not refer to backup as far as I understand it. That refers to the sysnc between Assistant and RMX. You can try doing EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL; twice, and EXE_UPDAT:A1,ALL; twice, and then click in Assistant where it says UPLOAD_REQUIRED and it will take you to a screen. Press Search button on that screen without entering anything and it should show you a list of all the system components and show whether they are in sync or need Upload. If any need upload go up top to "Action" and choose "Upload". Do not do this during times of peak traffic as it is system intensive. It takes maybe 5 minutes. During the process you can move the dot back to Search, and then click Search button again for status updates. When everything says it's synchronized you are done.

After making a number of changes it is always a good idea to run both of the EXE-UPDAT commands twice to be sure all your changes are Written to disk,

After I do the upload, everything is in sync...... until the next morning, when it says UPLOAD REQUIRED for the LCR. So something is going out of sync after hours. The backup was the only thing I could think of, as nobody is going into the system making any changes after hours.

I have not seen that before, you could try reloading the Assistant
(Reload located in the old area where you used to reload the UW7)
It will reload the Assistant only and may sort out the problem.

I have seen what he is talking about, but in reference to the Station information and related to the Y2K16 temporary workaround on V6 and V7. Some of the side effects include assistant reporting the stations need upload every morning.

But does that problem even affect V5? I thought the older stuff was not affected. I've never seen that shown for LCR unless the whole field said it needs an upload, or some changes were made to LCR which doesn't happen too often that I can think of.
