DECT R4 with the 3700 series phones if you want to have your own DECT network which ensures total separation.
if you have good WiFi then you can pretty much use any WiFi cordless as they are all using SIP. We sell the Grandstream WiFi handsets in our company but you can go with any brand. WiFi is tricky if you are in an environment like a hotel or restaurant with guest WiFi network or if you are within range of many other WiFi networks because you share the bandwidth no matter how tricky you set it up.

Grandstream offers a couple of options for wireless phones. They are SIP devices and require a 3rd party endpoint license.
