Sufficient access to printers and Outlook problems

I deleted my own NT4 account while doing some maintenance and had ro create another one with the same username. The Exchange mailbox wasn't deleted and I was able to re-link the new account to the mailbox.

I have 2 issues to deal with:

1) When I log into Citrix, my printers were gone. When i try to re-install, I get the "do not have sufficient access on my machine" error.

2) I can't open Outlook from within Citrix and the Mail icon in the Control Panels wouldn't open, the error being "need more memory". I can however open Outlook from outside of Citrix.

What should I do to deal with these problems? Thanks!

It has to do with your SID. Make sure you are member of all the proper domain groups. If you are using exchange as the mail server reassign your newly made account to the mailbox. This makes sure that the mailbox is owned by the right SID. (I do not know how this works with other types of mailservers). Printers is same sid problem. Somewhere down the line, you do not have the proper access right. If you are a domain admin, just delete your 'old' account from the domain admins group and then add it again. Maybe you should do this for all the groups you are a member of.

The 2 issues are related. My new NT account is an administrator account and also a member of other groups. And I have linked my new account to my old mailbox. But all this didn't help. I encountered my problems after I did it.
