Sudo Configuration

I am trying to set up my sudoers file to email me each time someone executes sudo but am having no luck. Can someone tell me the format for this? I know on different versions you use mailto=<user> and the mail_always flag but for some reason I can't seem to get the format working together in the sudoers file. Thanks for any input you can give.
