suddenly the powervault 114t is missing

running veritas 11d on our windows 2003 server, noticed that our backup never ran last night, when I look at Devices it shows no device, only Storage Devices-Device Pools and nothing under it.

I have no idea why it would just disapear like that, as all I have done recently is work on the backup jobs.

what do I need to do to get it to see the 114T again?

tried that, but unfortunately it didnt work.

I was able to backup exchange and some folders using the windows backup utility, but veritas still doesnt see the tape drive.

So I will be uninstalling and then reinstalling veritas, see if that takes care of it.
