I previously posted this same issue some time ago (thread940-936310). I have since them upgraded to 3.0 (59). I have been running this version without major incident for some time now. In the last couple of weeks, I have experienced a few incidents of sudden call degradation. There is suddenly an unbearable level of static on the lines (for internal and external calls). After the system is rebooted, it clears up. Our reseller thinks that this is an issue with the timing on the T1. Does anyone know how we can prove this. I have Global Crossing monitoring our T1 for now but I don't think they'll agree to do this for more than 24 hours.
