Sucessful Job shown as crashed

I'm doing a partial Exchange brick on a daily basis which is working fine but ArcServe Job status shows the job as crashed each time it runs. Logifle shows it as completed successfully and it is available for restore.

It is sort of a cosmetic issue but a little unnerving. I'm running ArcServe 2000 sp4 and Exchange 2000 with Exchange dbagent patches applied.

Anyone see this before?

1-Is this happen only while backing up Exchange or it is happen with other normal backup job also?

2-Is it happen while doing full brick level backup?

3-Is the EXCHANGE CUMULATIVE BRICK LEVEL UPDATE
QO22840.CAZ is applied if not apply it and see if that help I think this problem happen because of DR Watson and the above patch handeling it

 
QO22840 is applied.

This problem only seems to be occuring with Exchange and then only for partial bricks. Full bricks indicate success. Normal backup jobs and IS level Exchange backups all complete successfully and job manager indicates success.

Also, when the problem occurrs, the job reverts to HOLD status and I have to manually reset it to ready to run the next day.
