Will these conference phones work with Succession 3.0
If so, are there limitations or known problems?

Yes, but you need a patch to allow the CLS HFA to be added to that TN in release 3.0. The 2033's are built as an i2001 - make sure you have an available IP ISM.

Is it a new phone ?? never seen it?? What are the spécial facilities for conferencing??

It is the only IP conference unit from Nortel. Google it.
