Successful Migration from Groupwise 6.5 SP5 to Exchange 2003 SP2

The subject says it all. Has anyone got some tips for me on how to make this work. I've got the connector between the two set up, but when I try to go through the migration wizard it comes up saying that "an error occurred loggin on to the Groupwise 5 Admin API". I've got the 6.5 client installed and the 4.91 SP3 netware client loaded. I've got a user made on the novell server that had access to the groupwise domain..... what's left?

microsoft native tools suck - ie they expect a api gateway etc
