Success with TM 3.0 and Billing- adding user names?

I have used OTM 2.2 and the organizational hierarchy to put user names and information on the reports printed from OTM 2.2.

I am now using TM 3.0, and although the organizational hierarchy is flush with data, it doesn't print on the reports.

Anyone encounter this, and what did you do to make it happen?
