Using FP2002, I created a subweb, but when I go to make some permissions changes, the permissions administration page for the subweb only shows "Change permissions". Missing are "Change anonymous access settings", "Manage users", "Manage roles", and "Send an invitation". When I try to change the permissions for this subweb to unique and click Submit, I get the error "The server extensions were unable to access the file "Service.lck". Please check the file permissions". I would assume if I had access to create the subweb off the parent web (which I have as admin), I should have access to change the permissions. Any ideas??
