Does anyone know of a way to subtract the previous record, or the 1st record in a group?
I have grouped times showing departure & arrival, but need to find a way for the report to calculate the elapsed time.
It seems there should be a way, but I cannot find it.

Thanks for any help!

Hi,

You should be able to the use the "Previous" function to achieve what you are trying to do. (under "Other" in CR7)

If you want to find the difference between the lowest and highest values in a group you could also use the Minimum and Maximum functions. Ken Hamady

Thanks! I got the time totals to show.
It's also subtracting the end time of the last group from the start time of the next, but I think I can figure out how to suppress it.

Heather :)
