My report contains subtotals. They print after the data in the particular column prints. It is jagged looking.
How can I get all the subtotals to print on the same row...

Why not use grid lines to align everything. I use grid lines on the right side of numbers field and left side for strings field.

You could also align one field and then holding the control key, click on the additional field, right click->align->right

I think you mis-understood my post.
I have columns (7) for a date range....

3/1 3/2 3/3 . . .
xx yy zz
cc 1
1 gg
3

The subtotals are printing right after the data in the col.

sk8er1, could you please say what it was that you figured? These threads serve as a referecne work for others who may have the same problem.

oops...sorry, you are right.
I had posted the issue, then a while later I went back in and looked more. I clicked on group->then right click format->and saw some parameters I could change. I saw "print on bottom of page"....the user loved it...
solved the problem.

If you use Crystal with the VB.NET interface you should look for the Brian Bishoff book. It is the documentation Bill Gates refuses to give us.
