Subtotals in crosstab reports

Can somebody help to 'sub-total' by group, and to do 'grand total' on crosstab reports. Crystal version 11.5. I have a formula first six months as one group-A, and second six months as group-B.

Subtotals automatically appear for row fields. Please explain what fields you have entered for the rows, columns, and summaries in the crosstab expert. If you used formulas, show the content.
