have a query that returns all the desired data, a profit loss report by GL Account.

The parameters are Year, MOnth, and Dept. Dept can have multiple parameters.

I now need to have subtotals by specified GL Account ranges.

What is the best way to go about this so that the report is driven by the parameters, one which could be multiple depts, and provides a profit and loss report by dept.

A drill down by dept where within each dept there will be subtotals by specified GL Account ranges. Similar to an Excel spreadsheet where each depts report would be on a separate worksheet tab.

Appreciate your input.

Thanks,

Rgds, Geoff

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.
