Hi, I have a report with employee names and the number of hours and amount paid per pay period. What I want to do is total these columns on my report at the end of each employee name.

Any help would be appreciated.

Create a group (Insert->Group) on the employee.

Place the name field in the group footer, place the fields you wish to sum in the details, right click each and select insrt Summary->Sum.

Hope this handles it for you.
