Subtotaling fields that contain parameters fields
I am creating a report that the user will be prompted to enter in the trend values (i.e. 1.05) as well as the number of months to trend the data. I then want to take the run rate (x)(current value to be trended) and multiply by the trend
over the number of months (z). For example X*Y^(Z/12). I was successful with that however. In my subtotals I would like to have a weighted-average of the above formula. However, I get the following error. “The summary/running total field could not be created.” Is there a way around this problem?
