subtotal in a crosstab by columns

Hi my friends,
I use Access in a "visual" way, create crosstab with th wizard, etc, but i can`t find a solution for this, I hope you can help me
I have a table like this:

EMPLOYEE MONTH CHAR SALES
000001 1 A 200
000001 1 B 100
000001 2 A 100
000001 2 B 100
000002 1 A 200
000002 1 B 100
000002 2 B 100

Is it access posible to get something like this?

EMPLOYEE A-1 B-1 SUBTOT-1 A-2 B-2 SUBTOT-2 A-n B-n SUBTOT-n
00001 200 100 300 100 100 200
00002 200 100 300 0 100 100

so to say have a column with the subtotal of every month of a+b
