Hi

I am developing a Purchase Order system in Access 2003. At the bottom of the Purchase Order there is a subtotal field. I want to display the value in this field on the last page. If it is not the last page I want to print "continued Overpage". Anybody any suggestions how to do this.

this will work, but depending on if you are using a subtotal field, or are calculating it will change what you put in the middle portion. I did this assuming you have a subtotal field:

The subtotal textbox's control source should be:
=IIf([Page]=[Pages],SubTotal,"continued Overpage")
