Subtotal and Grandtotal of a Shared Var

I have the need to subtotal and grand total a shared var. The database requres the use of a subreport, but I need to also show the sub and grand by group in the main report. I thought I had seen something on this posted in the past but cannot find anything on it.

Any help is appreciated!
