Subscriptions with FQDN don't link to FQDN

We're running a SPS with FQDN as an extranet.

When we recieve out subscriptions in email they link as if the server was local (LAN Manager name).

We end up with:


when we really wanted:


Has anyone solved this problem? I can see some items in the Admin configuration that look promising, but they are display only, I can't edit them.
