Does anyone know how to have all of the phones subscribe to services when booting up? I've tried to add the subscription in the Device Profile Default Configuration but after the phone loads the service is not added. I would like all of the phones to have the Extension Mobility service added.

Thanks in advance.

Which version of CCM are you running? For CCM 5.X, you need to update the phones with the BAT tool. Using the query method, select all the phones (leave the search field blank and click Find). On the next page, you can scroll down to the Services section. Select a phone template with the EM service added. Don't forgot to check the boxes to remove duplicates (otherwise phones with EM currently added will have two afterwards). Run the job and BAT will go through adding the EM service to each phone. This won't work for device profiles, only phones.

Thanks for the repy HmmG3. I'm running CCM 4.1. Will it work for this version?

Yes, go into the BAT tool and then go into the Update Phones section. Run a query that will select the phones you wish to add the service. On the next page, check the box for IP Services 1 and select the Extension Mobility service. Below that, check the box to remove the duplicate IP services. Click Update and BAT should add the EM service to all phones.

Thanks again HmmG3. I'll give it a shot and post reply later this week. I really appreciate your help.
