Am running NAV 2004, and, upon running Live Update, am continually getting a 'Subscription Services' error. Upon clicking the plus sign to the left, I see 'Subscription Client Update'. The error number (LU 1806) refers to quite a different problem, according to the Symantec Knowledge Base. I've re-run Live Update, rebooting between attempts, and still get the error. Prior to installing NAV 2004, I had installed a trial version of NIS 2005, but that was totally removed prior to installing NAV 2004. Anyway, I have found nothing in the Symantec Knowledge Base that leads me anywhere near a solution. Does anyone have any ideas? Would reinstalling LuAll help? Can I safely ignore this error?
