All,
Within the MSS web, I edit subscriber 215 and scroll to the bottom of the page. I click on launch subscriber options and a window opens asking to save subscriber options. I thought that it would launch and let me change the call me settings.
Any idea's to why it is asking to save?

thanks in advance,

Yes you must be on the MAS and open the browser from the MAS. Then you can access the subscriber options.

What software rel are you on?

It is a trust issue and you may be able to get around it but you would need to have your Corp allow the VMD to trust it.

Best way it to use the MAS and open the browser from it.

I get the same thing from the MAS and then browsing to the MSS. I click launch wso and it brings up save or cancel.

Ok, It does save it to the desktop and then when I open it I can change settings.

Is it suppose to work like this:
1. From MAS open web browser to the MSS.
2. Login and go to subscriber managment and select mlbx.
3. Launch wso and save it to the MAS desktop.
4. Open wso from desktop and set the options.
5. Close and save the wso file.

I thought at one time you could make all the changes on the MSS side.

???

No that is not the way it should work. What login are you using on the MAS?

It almost acts like the subscriber options are not loaded on the MAS but then it would not let you open it after saving. It is a rights issue set by the security tab in the VMSC but I have never seen one not let you in to it unless

A. It was not loaded or

B. You are using the wrong login to the MAS.
