Subscriber Options - Add in Client..Question

I have a customer who is using the Lotus Notes add in client for MM3.0. When they use the telephone option to review their messages in SO and point it to their 4 digit extension it works fine. However if they try to point it to a a DID or cell number the MM calls it rings one time then hangs up. If you dont answer the call within the first ring the call disconnects.

Is there something Im missing here?

Ken,

The customer is using H.323 link with the S8710.

I also tried this in house. We have MM 2.0 with a S8500 and I get the same thing.

The H.323 does some odd things as it can only transfer at full. is that how yours is set in the VMSC? i have ours on a S8300 with H.323 and it is working fine. What happens if you use the
web client and put in a did number?

Yeah Im not a big fan of H323. I believe its set as full as thats whats in the config notes, I will double check tomorrow.

It works fine if you send the message to an internal extension, however once you change it to a cell number or any type of external number, it only rings one time then disconnects.

I was able to duplicate the exact same thing in house the only difference being that we are on MM 2.0 with an S8500 T1 QSIQ.

The customer is on a S8710 with MM 3.0 with H.323.

Im at a loss for this one.

I dont know if the customer is using Find Me yet, but in our office almost everyone is using find me and it works fine.
