I have a user who needs to manage two mailboxes. We had a forward rule set up, but then she has to delete all the items from her mailbox as well as the other. So, I had the other user give her proxy access to EVERYTHING mail, appt, tasks - read and write and allow to subscribe to notify and alarms. Then on her pc I checked the subscribe to notify and alarms for that user, on the notify tab of security options. I even double checked the groupwise manual to make sure I did everything. It doesn't work. She does not receive notification of items the other user receives. Any ideas? I've already done training classes for GroupWise and told somewhere around 100 people how to do this, only to find out it doesn't work! My fault for not testing it first I guess. We are running GroupWise 5.5.4. The pc's I've been working on are running Windows NT, but I have also tested it with my pc and another that are running XP - same result.
