Subreports

Hi All

does any know how many subreports can be posted on to one report?

I have 8 subreports and I need to post them onto the 1 report with the same parameter. The parameter part is ok but I can get past the 3rd report as it seems I have reached the maximum amount of data for the page.

I have added more 'page headers' so that I can put 1 subreport per 'page header' but no joy!

The data in the subreports is mainly graphs and not even that big.

You can have a lot of sub-reports in a report, I don't think that there's a limit. Have you tried putting them in different report headers

The page header and page footer is basically used for Report titles, column headings, page numbers, etc and will be duplicated on each page. So any subreport(s) that exceeds the page length will cause the error.

I would follow SteveHill and create multiple Report Headers and place a subreports in each section so you can control page breaks.
