Is it possible to copy a subreport from one report to another?

Yes. From in the report designer right click on the subreport and choose SAVE SUBREPORT AS. Save it as you would any report and the open your new\other report and insert this subreport. (Insert menu, choose subreport. You can then choose to select a subreport or create a subreport).

This is how I see it in version 7.0. Yes I am behind the times... :)
