Subreports won't print after code is changed from DAO to ADO

I have a report with two subreports containing dynamic crosstabs. These were originally run with DAO code. I have been converting the code to ADO.

When the code was written in DAO, I could view the report and subreports and print these directly from Print Preview. However, when I converted it to ADO, the subreports still show correctly in Print Preview, but now they do not print from there. I can print the report without going into Preview, but it would be better if I could print them both ways.

Does anyone know what might case this, or if there is any solution? Thanks!
