Subreports ijn Labels

I am working in Crystal Reports 11.

I am producing labels which display the name, artist and file number of art work to be shipped.

Problem is one piece of art work can have numerous artists. So i inserted a subreport in the label amnd it doesnt seem to work.

I am well versed in subreporting etc so know how to do it, yet it is not working in a mailing label environment.

Can you have subreports in labels?

Can you explain how using a subreport helps? Can't tell what you want to achieve with your labels--are you trying to show all artists for one piece of work on one label?
