How to code linked subreport to the main report so if there is "0" records selected in the main report, subreport can show up anyway on the report page. I find it dificult. If there is no records in the main report, subreport wont showup. Is there a conditional formula that I can use in the subreport record selection?

Subreport won't show on the report if there is no records in Main rep

You should consider whether your report would work better if you made the subreport the main report, and the main report, the subreport.
If there can currently be records in the main report and no matches in the subreport AND there can be records in the subreport table and no matches in the main report, then you could leave the main report and subreport as is, and to pick up the records from the subreport table where there are no matches in the main table, add a second subreport in the report footer which uses an isnull criterion on the main table in the record selection formula.
