I have a report that has a problem with one of it's subreports. The particular subreport in question has a subreport within it as well. When I run the main report they all print, the problem lays within this third tier subreport which displays only the first result in each instance it is called up. Meaning if there is for instance 2 orders for one of the two contacts (first subreport) of a client (main report) only the first order is printed, but it prints that order twice, as if it is printing out each order that matches the criteria but refuses to actually print the next order. I hope this makes since, it is driving me batty. Can anyone help?

Can you post the RecordSource of the orders sub-sub-report?

Good Luck

Let me see if I've got this right:

Client report
--contact subrpt
--order subrpt
"order 1 of 2"
"order 1 of 2" -bad listing
Zat right?

I haven't used a 3rd subreport since A 2.0 'cause of problems just like this. Suggest you try one subreport with base query combining the datasets. Then use grouping on the main report and/or in your subreport to display desired results.
EG.:
Client report (maybe group by contact)
--contact & order subrpt (parent/child contact id)
group by contact w/ header
header = "Contact Name"
detail section =
"orders"
If you're dead set on trying to make the 3rd sub work, then check your parent/child relationships and underlying queries for something that will generate a funky recordset.
