I am running a report with multiple subreports. If the subreports cause the main report to take up more than a page it should break up into multiple pages. However more often than not the subreport just runs right into the footer and if it is long enough it goes right off the page. Since some pages format correctly onto a second page but most do not I cannot figure out what is going on. I have screwed around with canShrink/canGrow and it does not seem to help.

It's hard to figure out exactly what might be going wrong, since the circumstances seem to vary. But here are a couple of things you might try...
1. Make sure that in Tools/Options/General you turn off NameAutoCorrect
2. Collapse your subreports down into as thin a line as you can (they will still produce correctly) and put them close to one another so there is only the amount of space you want between them.
