I have a report with a subreport in it. My problem is that the report could potentionally have no data, but the subreport will have data. I am linking the 2 the the field "RepNo". If the report does not have any data to display, it will not display the subreport because the "RepNo" is blank on the report. Does anyone know of a way to force the subreport to display if the report has no data? The criteria for the queries behind the reports is being input by the user into a form.

This is my first attempt at using subreports, so I hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Almost forgot, I am using Access 2002

It generally doesn't make much sense that there would be related records in the subreport without records in the main report. Maybe you need an unbound main report with two subreports. Our bind reverse the record sources between the main and subreports. You could place the new subreport in a group header of the main report.

An unbound report with two subreports work great.

This is a unique situation where there are 2 different reports that have to show on the same statement. The problem is that either of the reports could possibly contain no data.

Thanks for your help.
