SubReport problem - Help!!

I hope someone can help with this 'cause I'm getting increasingly frustrated with it!

I have a report that groups by a field called Zone. Int he group footer, I have a sub report where it passes 2 date parameters and the ZoneID. However, when running the report, I am only getting output from the subreport for the first Zone. For all other Zones, it is showing the reults as 0.

I am at a total loss and could really do with some help.
