Subreport only partially printing

I have a subreport that will only print the data that fits on one page. I know that there is probably a really easy solution, but I just cannot figure it out.

For example, I have a main report with a group header, details and a group footer. The subreport is withing the group footer of the main report and contains its own group header, details and group footer. When I print a report the subreport starts on page 2 (this is what I wanted it to do) and will only print the data to the extent of it fitting onto one page... and the rest of the data does not show up. What did I do wrong?

Is the Can Grow property for both the sub report control and the section it is in set to True?

If that doesn't help, I would start carefully considering the following: keep together and force new page.
