subreport not showing data

i have done a formula in the query..
weekpaying : weeksold+1
example: if we are on week 2 week paying is 3
(we pay the jobs that we sell on the next week)

but when i select that week 3 for example on my main report that subreport does not come up with the records..

i work on main report to select the weeks by weeksold!
i linked weeksold(main report) with weekpaying(child report)
i need those records showing on week after...
have i done the wrong formula or linked the wrong fields?

It seems that your report would show the week before.
Try weekpaying(main report) linked to weeksold(child report)
