I have a subreport that only prints it's page header once. The subreport is located in the Report Footer Section of the main report.
I tried going into several of the format areas, but nothing changes the page header outcome.
What can I do to fix this?
Thanks very much for your help.

Where are you getting the Subreport Page Header from? A fake grouping?

I'll tell you the whole story. I was trying to add individual Cover Sheets to my reports. For example, I have a report to send to ten people. The Cover Sheet will contain the report name, and recipient. To do that I created ten new reports that have individual Cover Sheet text in the Report Header Section. Sections Page Header, Details, and Page Footer have no data. I then took the main report, and stuck it in the Report Footer.
So, I have ten reports that consist of different Cover Sheet information, BUT have the same subreport in the Report Footer.
Report layout is:
Report Header - Cover Sheet Data
Page Header - No Data
Details - No Data
Report Footer - Main Report (Same for all ten reports)
Page Footer - No Data
Problem: When the ten reports print, the Cover Sheet information prints fine, BUT when the subreport prints, it only prints it's Page Header once.

You gave a section breakdown - which is always helpful - but I don't see any subreport in there. I'm assuming that you mean that the subreport is in the Report Footer.

Either way, what I was getting at with my last post, is what do you consider to be the subreport page header? Because subreports don't have their own page headers. Rather, they default to Report header/footers and a details section. If you're talking about a Report header, that's supposed to show up once per subreport.

If you want a page header, you need to create a fake header by grouping on an empty formula, with the Repeat Header on Each New Page function turned on. Then, use the group header to act as your page header.

Sorry for the confusion. Here is the layout of the main, and subreport:

Report layout is:
Main Report Header - Cover Sheet Data
Main Page Header - No Data
Main Details - No Data
Main Report Footer - Subreport (Same for all ten reports)
Report Header A - Suppressed
Report Header B - Text Data
Group Header 1 - Text Data
Group Header 2 - Suppressed
Details - Suppressed
Group Footer 2 - Suppressed
Group Footer 1a - Text
Group Footer 1b - Data
Report Footer a - Text
Report Footer b - Data
Report Footer c - Blank
Main Page Footer - No Data
The subreport is not mine, and was created by a another developer.
I just discovered that if you put a report inside another report, some sections change! Is that right?
It appears that Report Header, and Page Header is changed to Report Header 1, and Report Header 2 once I insert the report in as a subreport.

Thanks for your help.

Yeah, that's right.

Use the blank formula grouping method I gave you in my last post if you need a page header in the sub.

That worked! The only drawback is that I will have to add the fake header, with the empty formula to any report where I want to have the header print on each page. I guess that I will have to redo it if there is an updated version of the report(subreport).
Thanks again for all your help, and fast response.
