Subreport blank but only on certain computers

A network database will print a report and its subreport correctly from one computer, yet from another it will leave the subreport blank, yet print the main report correctly.
Is there a setting for Access itself that might be tweaked to fix this before we have to contact the hardware people?
If not, do we tell the hardware people it is a memory problem or some other resource problem or just toss the problem in their lap and hope for the best?
Any help gratefully received and noted.

My suggestion is to check out the format/layout of the sub-report. I have users with a multitude of different printers. On occassion, the reports do look different based on fonts the user is using and the printer.

So.. try to shrink the size of the sub-report. Make it smaller vertically and horizontally.

Thanks for the reply. Would that apply only to the actual printing of the report or would it also apply to the preview of the report?

On second thought, I don't think it has to do with fonts because they only have this problem when they click on a button to print this report for many divisions, not when they print it for just one division. Sorry for not being clearer in the initial post.

I would attempt to isolate the problem. Try to print to different printers. If it works on one printer, then confirm that all PCs can print successfully to that Printer.

I am under WinXP now and have had many printer issues. Our IT Support basically told be they don't know how to setup printers. I had duplex ability on 4 printers, now after XP I can only duplex to one printer...

Thanks, Steve, but it does print correctly IF they print only one division; it is when then print ALL the divisions that the problem occurs. So I doubt it is a printer related problem. It is the same report with modified record sources. Sorry for not mentioning this in the original post.

Ok, my final suggestions, see if the problem happens in Preview Mode. If you have lots of sub-reports, I've seen some similar issue under Access-2000. In one case, I recreated the report from scratch, including the sub-reports and everyhting was fine. And, I guess you have already tried to compact/repair. good luck,
