pls advice me how we can subnet an ip add for our establish ment eg: ip add is 128.128.214.0 how i will subnet this and how many subnets i can make which subnet mask i will give.

Baiscally it depends on your requirements. You need to answer some questions: How many subnets do you need? How many hosts on each subnet? You also need to leave room for future expansion. Scalability is very important. You can use an IP subnet calculator from the net to help you determine the subnetting that suits your requirements. Also you can read good white papers on subnetting available on the net. Hope this helps!
