I am working on a quality audit. The first form on Audit menu is the audit form which allows you to select your department, team name, and location. I then display questions from a database in another form, etc. This all works.
My problem is that on the next form I would like to display the number of audits performed for each group. I would like to use the same drop down menu's for department and location in the second form. I am having trouble accomplishing this. I could easily put 2 more drop down menu's on the screen but I don't want the clutter and since they are the same in all repects would like to access or refer to these.

Thanks B-)

This is a pretty basic limitation of form submittal in the browser. The easiest way to get around this is to have the second form send data via GET, then use vbscript or javascript to append the parameters you want to pass from the first form onto the action string of the second firm when it is submitted.

If you need more details I can provide them.
