I have created an exam using html forms. I want this form to be submitted via email but I wanted to know if there was a way to have the information that is received to be in a clearer format. I was told that there might be a cgi script that I could download and use to submit forms.

I would appreciate any information that anyone could provide me.

Thanks

It's at Matt's script archive:

Upload to the cgi-bin, have your host set the CHMOD permissions to 755 (or you can do via ftp), add the referal address (set's whick domains are authorized to boince off the script), add the recipient form field to your form and you are good to go. Set the form action to the script: action="cgi-bin/formmail.pl"

The output will be as follows for ALL form fields in your email:

form_field_name value

Hi mate,

If you are prepared to pay a small price for a script then check out this one by a fellow member on these forums.

I personally use this and it will layout the email any way that you want, looks a lot better than formmail and it works great..

Hope this helps Wullie
