Submitting forms

I have created a pdf form that is 2 pages. The first page contains details and some instructions and the second page is the form that I want to be submitted back to me via email. Is there a way that I can only get the second page to be submitted instead of the entire document.

When sending export the data with fdf. Then mail the fdf document. You need to use Acroscript for this. mcvdmvs
