Submit to queue on shortcut

We are currently using ARCserveIT 6.61, and have these nifty shortcuts to various backup jobs on our desktop. We can right-click on these shortcuts and select "submit to queue" instead of having to open arcserve, go find the backup job, open it then run it.

We can't figure out how to do this in ARCServe 2000. Is there a way to turn this feature on?
