Submit Post Button on this site disappeared when using IE

Hi Everyone,

The submit button disappeared about a week ago on the bottom of this page when I use IE. So I can not submit questions or replies. It first stopped working with IE and then a few days later with Firefox as well. Today the submit button is back on Firefox but still not with IE ? Has anyone else ran into this issue on this site ? Everything else on the site appears normal. I wanted to get this posted right away before the " Submit Post " button disappeared again.
Using IE version 11.0.9600 with Windows 7 PC

I figured as much, probably the network team here. Was hoping maybe it was an easy fix in settings that someone else came across already.
Well at least for NOW I have Mozilla to use.
