submit form to a pop-up window

I am working on a page (

the source is very rough right now) that allows a visitor to submit to several external forms. HTML does not allow target=new in the form tag so I am looking to javascript. I would like to write a script that opens a new window to return the results of each form so that the user is not forced to leave my site in gathering the desired information.
