Submit form and email

Hi guys, i created a form to add jobs to a database. When the form is submitted it goes to a page that shows you what you entered... how can i make it so the information is also (at the same time) emailed to someone (same information, what was added from the form) Thanks in advance.

Use something like

objMail.Subject = "xzzz"
objMail.Body = "xxx"
objMail.Send

set objMail = Nothing
