Submit Completed Form to Email Address

I would like to put an acrobat form on our website. The user would open the form, fill in the fields and when they hit the submit button, I would like it e-mailed to my address as an attachment. I would like the whole completed form not just the data. I do not want it to got through a script to be exported to a database. I want users to need only the reader (free) version of Acrobat.

Is this possible?
