Submit Button Not Working

I am building a form with a submit button.<br>
The form is on the page htt://glenn-at-home/dnrg.htlm <br>
I list the Confirmation Page as

http://glenn-at-home/final.html<br>

When I test the page and click on submit, however,<br>
I go to _vti_bin/shtml/dnrg.html<br>
<br>
Can anyone explain why I cannot go where the Submit points?

I put in on MY website...and it worked.<br>

I must have a bad install of Front Page Extensions on <br>
my computer at home.<br>
<br>
